What you will set up in your first 20 minutes
In your first short session you will complete three gentle steps.
1. About Me
Add your full name, date of birth and main address so there is no confusion about who you are.
2. Who To Contact First
Add one or two trusted people with phone numbers and email addresses so your family or executor knows exactly who to call.
3. Where Things Are
Note where your will is kept, which bank holds your main account, and where your passwords are stored, such as a password manager or a written list in a safe place. You do not add passwords here, just where to find them.
At the end of these 20 minutes you will have a clear "When Something Happens" folder started and your loved ones will already be in a better position than before.
